"We were in room 144 on the ground floor right beside the rear entrance and parking lot. It was very noisy with the exterior door continuously opening and closing along with car alarm horns and people talking right outside our window not a very enjoyable experience. The hotel is very dated and is in desperate need of updating."

"The beds were comfortable. The AC and the fridge worked fine, as did everything else we tried. The building is quite old, as are many on Lakeshore Drive. Don't expect daily maid service, unless requested, but that seems to be the norm these days. We are good with that, actually. If you need something or the room requires a fix, its easy to just ask at the desk and most hotels will get on it in short order. Our biggest "complaint" was that the room was a little too small. "Stayed here for one night and it met up to mine and my boyfriend’s expectations. It was very clean and the front desk guy was very helpful and caring towards us. The pool was very nice I liked the indoor and outdoor option and the hot tub."

"Very amazing experience. The personal touch of calling the room to make sure you're happy with everything when you arrive to your room is so nice. Love that you can order food from local public eatery and enjoy it in your room. This place has a mini resort feel to it. Very family friendly with the little playground and yard games on the grass. Close to our favorite breakfast place Bears Den. The beds were so comfy and I love that you can connect to your Netflix/prime accounts on the tv."

"All of the staff were incredibly nice. The rooms were older, but clean and comfortable. The outdoor areas were well maintained and a great place to hang out. We loved the pool and the yard games. I would definitely recommend this motel!"

"We got a room on the lower floor as we are seniors and avoid stairs. We know that renovations are being done to upgrade the property from when Radisson bought it 2 years ago, and that is great, but our biggest concern is the air conditioner, which is very noisy. Also, the bathroom is very small but the main complaint is the fan, which is also noisy goes on when you turn on the light. The fan isn't needed for the quick night time potty stops but it wakes anyone who is sleeping."
