"Our experience at W Seattle recently was extremely disappointing to say the least. During breakfast, a waitress made an error with our order. Instead of correcting it, she reported to her manager that we had used foul and abusive language—an allegation that is completely false. "We were only there for one night but it was perfect for our situation. We were traveling with our dogs, and this was the only place that would allow 3 pups. The place was super clean albeit a bit outdated. The room was super quiet, and the neighborhood was perfect for walking the dogs. Plenty of parking around the building. We will be coming back next time we are in the city."

"I do not recommend kasa at Bellevue. The check in process with parking a vehicle is so off putting that the visit started horribly. We arrived around 8:30pm and weren’t able to start our night until 9:30pm because the 5 page of instructions to enter and grab a key from the unit, go back down to multiple parking levels etc were extremely inconvenient.
