"The breakfast buffet was impressive and delicious! However, the from desk service was even better!! She anticipated our needs before we even knew we needed something. She was pleasant and engaging. It has been a long time since we have had service at this level. She is very good at what she does! Thank you for making our brief stay so comfortable and enjoyable! Nice job Marriott!!"

"I stayed at this hotel for a week due to my husband being air lifted from our home town to Overlake Medical Center in Bellevue. The staff here was absolutely wonderful. The rooms are very clean & nice. They don't have breakfast but you can buy vouchers for Woods Coffee next door. It's a good deal & their coffee drinks & food are delicious. I would highly recommend the Hotel 116!"

Nothing hot, our choices were yogurt, cereal, Cheerios, raisin bran, & 3 other kinds. 3 different bagels, english muffins & apple & orange juice & coffee with just half & half. We enjoyed it, but a waffle would have been good. It was disappointing to see that the hallway carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a very long time & most of the glass entry doors were filthy. "This has been THE most pleasant stay experience! The location is beautiful, and the environment at both inside and out super comfy and inviting. We were welcomed by Randal who was able to check us in super early and tell us about amazing amenities available - from restaurants on site to free champagne any time we stopped by the front desk and the late night pantry closet with snacks!
