"The staff were super friendly and helpful. My son needed a pass printed off for a swimming gala he was attending - the staff printed it off for him within minutes. Thank you. This is our favourite hotel to stay at when we visit Aberdeen. The rooms are so well designed - I particularly like the sink and dressing area being part of the main room with only the toilet and shower behind the bathroom door. "Just got off the rigs, it was absolutely ideal for the night! "

"During our recent stay, the ibis hotel where we had a reservation was actually overbooked, however the reception team were spectacular. They had already booked us a new room at another property, the Park Inn by Radisson, which wasn't too far away. They arranged for a taxi to take us over almost immediately and provided us with a complimentary breakfast the following morning. We are very grateful for the time, care and consideration the staff took to compensate us for the oversight on the booking...

"The hotel was in an ideal location, easy to walk to from the train station and in the right position for all amenities for shopping and entertainment. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all essential items needed. There’s plenty of places to eat and drink and there’s Tesco extra close by if you have forgotten anything. "Reception welcome was great. Evening meal was absolutely delicious (seared monk fish medallions and garlic butter). Room was clean a organised, hot drink facility, full range of clean needing and towels. Easy check out and free parking. Staff were efficient and welcoming. One smallish moan, the shower temperature was intermittent, cool then hot then cool again continually. Took a bit of adjusting to get an acceptable hot AND cool. Great location for business reasons. I will book again."
