"This inn is in a great location. You can walk to a lot of fun places. You also get a discount at the restaurant below which serves breakfast and lunch. And you get a free beer or glass of wine at the adjoining bar. The room was clean and pretty. "

"When booking I wanted a true Savannah feel and this is exactly what I was hoping for! Two houses combined together and the room we had was grand, clean, well decorated. Felt like a piece of history. Check in and out were easy. The neighborhood is so cute and we walked to the river while enjoying the streets of Savannah. Highly recommend!"

"Hotel, room and restaurant were great but beware: location requires steep outdoor stairways or uneven cobblestone ramps to access main road in Savannah for sightseeing. Not ideal for handicap and may be challenging for elderly. "

"This hotel is wonderful, and in a great location. You walk across the street, down a few stairs, and you’re at the Riverfront. Walk out the hotel front door, and a few steps to the left is a Savannah Trolley stop. What could be more convenient? The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast provided a nice selection of foods, and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend this property, and would definitely stay there again."

"I felt welcomed from the time I arrived. My request to arrive earlier than scheduled was greeted with a "yes" following an early morning flight. My request for a room facing the river was honored. I enjoyed the river view immensely. The view also afforded me the ability to watch all the hustle and bustle below. I felt comfortable and at home. "

"Beautiful hotel in a great location! The room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed, extra pillows and blankets in the closet. Loved the shower being in its own little room separate from the toilet. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Parking, and check in/out was easy. Pool area is really cute, breakfast downstairs was also great. I wish we had stayed longer it was a lovely spot!"

"Godley Manor made our stay in Savannah a joy. After all of our daytime travels it was like returning home. Continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful making for a wonderful start of the day. Our host was easily reachable and made sure all our needs and requests were taken care of. We would definitely stay here if ever visiting Savannah again. We have told everyone if they visit Savannah to stay at Godley Manor."
