"The room service ordering was not user friendly. I had to call the front desk twice to figure out. Had to click on the food picture - that was not clear. And the person at the front desk seemed to be annoyed with me which made even more frustrating."

"We love staying here! The rooms are so clean, and so accessible. We are always greeted with a warm welcome from the front desk. The staff always attends to our needs, even if it is a last minute check in! I will always look to book this place!"

"Just really slept in the hotel. I don’t like the bathroom personal products as the smell isn’t good for me. Thank goodness I packed my own personal products. The temperature was also warm in the room but my window did open which really helped out! Bed was comfy and the tv worked. "

"4 stars for Staff. The Front Desk Staff - GREAT! Mia at the Front Desk - lovely person. The Room Cleaners - let’s put it this way, if you’re only staying 2 or 3 nights, make your own bed and keep them out of your room. If you have to let them in, lock up all of your stuff."

"It was a wonderful stay plan on going back to stay a little longer it was our first time down in Long Island and the area was beautiful serene. All of us who stood there for a bridal shower that we were attending 5 minutes away agreed on the same it was a lovely place and a wonderful experience that. Definitely planning another trip. As for the hotel I plan on staying at Hampton Inn Suites if they're available wherever we go away"

"Aaaamazing! This should be on everyones bucket list! The room I stayed in was so comfortable I extended my stay. This is not like a hotel its do quiet and peaceful you feel like you’re the only person staying here and like royalty. Im looking forward to returning in Spring to see how lovely it is with flowers in bloom. I met my knight in shining armor he was standing by the valet parking door. lol took a great picture with. "

"There was no was to heat water for tea or coffee. The "complementary breakfast" was in the office: coffee and a granola bar. The evening I arrived the rug by the bed was wet. The place was clean but not in any way welcoming."

"They charge me for $100 deposit and told I'm gonna receive it 5 to 7 business days is been 10 days and still haven't received my money yet, I call them they said sometimes it takes more than. I mean how? I've never paid a deposit at any hotel except this, and the fact that they don't send your money back is crazy "

"I was in town for a wedding nearby and booked this hotel because it advertised free local shuttle. I called ahead to ask for a shuttle from the train station and was told it was not available. I also asked for a shuttle to the wedding venue, and was told that there is someone available, but they do provide transport to other venues… which seemed petty and does not affect the other venue, rather it affects the guest who chose to stay at your hotel and now has to arrange and pay for another ride....
