"Friendly staff. Only negative is that the hotel is close to the train station and you can hear trains going by at night. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance."

"A nice, well-maintained historic hotel. The hotel staff was away from the front desk a lot, and the restaurant staff was a bit unorganized with our reservation. We had to wait 10 minutes past our seating time and there were lots of tables open. Otherwise, it was a great experience with a great bartender and good food!"

"The building feels quite outdated-the carpets appear to be from the 1980s and haven't been replaced since. That said, the staff is extremely friendly and truly deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, the property itself is in need of a major renovation. The hallways have a noticeable moldy smell, which was the most concerning and unpleasant part of my stay."

"The staff was Friendly.The room and the property was nice and clean. The kids enjoyed themselves at the indoor pool,while I enjoyed a quick workout in the gym next to the pool.My only gripe is that,the sink by the bathroom had a slow drain.I loved the location of the property also,near the Mall and restaurants.I will definitely recommend this hotel."

"Veronica was at the front desk when we checked in. She is exactly the type of person you want to greet customers! She was genuine, had a great smile, and was warm and caring. Another employee was Lacy (I think that was her name). She was an older woman who was working the breakfast. She was so helpful, and always smiling. We might not stay at this hotel again since this was off our beaten path, but since we take a lot of road trips and I definitely book according to reviews. Major points for me...
