"Very clean and the staff was very helpful. Bed was comfortable and HVAC worked well. The breakfast was among the very best we've ever had at any hotel. The two negatives were no availability of a microwave even in breakfast area and no make up mirror in the room"

"The fan in the bathroom was extremely noisy and there was no button to turn it off. The noise was loud enough that we could hear it in the room even after closing the bathroom door."

"The facility was very clean. Our room was spacious. Bed was worn out and very lumpy! People above us had children that kept running and jumping on the floor. When I called the desk I was told they couldn’t guarantee the guests would quiet down throughout the night. Was told they could not do anything until quiet hours(10pm) and the only thing that they could do was move US to a different room. My husband was scheduled for surgery this morning and needed a good nights sleep. Highly disappointed...

"Raw a nice place to stay"

"Upon arrival, we had no hot water for an entire 6 day stay. Luke warm on most days at best for a few minutes. Reported several times, and this was with a full? Hotel during grad week. We were there for a celebration and funeral with no choice of switching with pre paid by Expedia. Wall paper was taped up in the lobby, and falling down across from our room on a fourth floor suite. This is the Second Fairfield/Marriot we stayed at in the last few weeks with issues. MARRIOT can do better than this...

"Clean and friendly service. Breakfast was just a bunch of sugar filled carbs. Not great but passable."

"It was okay for one overnight at a fair price , but probably would not want to be here more than one night . Bathroom had two damp hand towels in it when we went in . The bathtub had no way to plug the tub to run water so I had to try and keep the water in by using a hand towel where the drain is . When I advised the front desk , he went in the back and got me a what looked like new rubber piece to fit over the drain . He acted like they go through a lot of them , which told me it is a common...

"Staff as absolutely amazing and friendly. Clean and quiet at night. Staff even called me back to make sure I knew when the trolly was coming. Nicest hotel staff ever met."

"The property was very nice and clean. The accessible room worked out very well however we would like to have had a portable luggage rack for our second suit case so we don’t have to put it on the floor. Coffee station at breakfast was not available at other times. Really should have brewed coffee available 24/7."
