The Wi-Fi was virtually non-existent in the room. When I went to the reception desk the strength of connection improved by immediately dropped when leaving the area. It never worked properly or consistently while there. This was the single BIGGEST downside of the property.
The TV is not a Smart TV, the remotes are archaic, the printed channel listing was not related to the online listing of channels.
The bed mattress was very soft and clearly well worn past the date of good quality. the jacuzzi tube did not work at all.
The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were terrific, personable, and helpful with information about sites to visit.
The location was excellent for access to the Opry House and show.
The price for the room was excellent. The room was a large suite and given the shortcomings listed above, acceptable. I would however be willing to pay more for more upgraded amenities, a firm mattress, working WiFi in the room, and a SMART TV.
