The rug in the lobby had severe water damage which looked very dirty. The worst situation was the bartender. I went up to order a drink for my husband. I asked for a brand of beer, and the bar tender laughed at my request, Instead, I ordered him a gin and tonic (his second choice). "Beautiful property, in urgent need of maintenance and remodeling. Beds and mattresses are in very bad condition, carpets have had it. Only 5 AC equipped rooms. We got four of them and ACs were working on two of them."
