"My family stayed for two nights and everything was wonderful. Communication was excellent and the check-in instructions were thorough and easy to understand. The place was very clean and the bathroom was very nice. Good water pressure which seems like a small thing, but I have terrible water pressure at home so a really good shower while on vacation is a bonus! The beds were very comfortable, and despite the fact that I have sleep issues and usually wake up often, I slept surprisingly well....

We were well aware that this was inside of the typical timeframe where adjustments to our stay could be made, but the experience we had made us feel undervalued and ignored. "This was a wonderful home base for our adventures in Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore and the surrounding areas. Lake Ann was beautiful, and we loved being able to walk to the restaurant, store, and park!"

"Our condo was beautiful and a GREAT LOCATION in downtown TC. This condo has everything you would need for a wonderful stay and it is impeccably clean! Owners are a phone call or text away. Would definitely go back. Building does not have elevators if you have trouble doing stairs. "

"I checked in and there was white crusted substance right on the comforter top, along with other places on the comforter. The pillowcase had washed out blood and other liquids stained on the corner. I had to sweep the place when I got there, and so many other things (don’t expect to eat without washing all pots and pans they are covered in sawdust from no working drawer).
