We were well aware that this was inside of the typical timeframe where adjustments to our stay could be made, but the experience we had made us feel undervalued and ignored. "Our condo was beautiful and a GREAT LOCATION in downtown TC. This condo has everything you would need for a wonderful stay and it is impeccably clean! Owners are a phone call or text away. Would definitely go back. Building does not have elevators if you have trouble doing stairs. "
