The unit was noticeably unclean, the showers were clogged, the air conditioning failed to adequately cool the living room, and the towels, washcloths, and bedding appeared stained and inadequately laundered. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property were unacceptable and did not reflect the standard I had come to expect from my previous stay....
