"I rented this room because it had a heated pool,but they had it closed..so nooo pool! There should be an elevator for disabled people..there was no hot water?! And not enough towels..I will not go again.."

"The room was clean. I appreciated the staff giving me a room closer to the ocean for a better view. The staff was also helpful suggesting a restaurant that had a couple gluten free offerings. "I would recommend the Friendship Oceanfront Suites to everyone. Polite and courteous staff, the owners are on hand every day. They welcome you with a smile and ask you to let them know if you need anything. "First and foremost, the staff here are wonderful and the property is beautiful. We have stayed 2x so far and it won't be our last! Great location, clean rooms, very comfy beds and nice views. I can't comment on the pool because both times we stayed was out of season. But it's a straight shot to the beach and OOB is a short walk. The location is perfect. Only downside is the train that comes by. But honestly, if you're doing it right you will be so dead tired you won't care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
