"This is our second stay and the first time there was a bridal party staying in the hotel and the groomsmen were having a loud and fantastic time! Mainly in the bar downstairs, but also the hallways and the elevator. But, it was a wedding and so we just kind of went with the flow. The hotel itself is clean and the views of the water from the balcony are nice. There was staff when we checked in, but absolutely no parking and this happened last time as well. "Very nice facility, rooms are nice and comfortable. The common areas are often refreshed with some type of smell good. Although the room had a staler smell, after the first night, the room was refreshed with the signature smell good. Breakfast was pretty good; the bacon was nice and crispy. Staff I encountered was very helpful and pleasant."

"Mold in AC vent, mold on bathroom ceiling. Whenever this place was " renovated" the broken kicked in front door of the room was not replaced, looks like it was just wood glued and painted over. Outside of the building in the standing area there was a family of rats the size of softballs. Room service took the dirty bath towels on day two and said they would be back later that day once they were washed to give us more. They did not come. Dirty makeup stain pillow on the bed, and what I believe...

"Good hotel with no Wifi. Don't expect too much. Room was clean. Breakfast basic. We didn't get wifi in our room. But other than that, an okay place to spend a night or two."

"The property looked like it was trying to put new paint and upgrades without removing any of the old paint and what was underneath it. It was not clean at all unfortunately. It had an okay exterior look paint wise but inside not so much. The rooms shower floor was dirty and my wife felt like she needed to leave and cancel the reservation. The toilet handle seemed like it was going to fall off when I flushed it. It just didn’t look like the hotel overall was well maintained and cleaned with care...

"The location was great considering we went to a concert at the stadium across the street. However the building and rooms are pretty gross. There is an odor as soon as you walk in to check in as well as throughout the entire building. Beds are hard. Furniture is worn down. The “blanket” was essentially a sheet it was so thin. Honestly it’s overpriced for the quality. Staff was friendly though. Would not recommend. Would not stay again."
