"Very nice facility, rooms are nice and comfortable. The common areas are often refreshed with some type of smell good. Although the room had a staler smell, after the first night, the room was refreshed with the signature smell good. Breakfast was pretty good; the bacon was nice and crispy. Staff I encountered was very helpful and pleasant."

"This is our second stay and the first time there was a bridal party staying in the hotel and the groomsmen were having a loud and fantastic time! Mainly in the bar downstairs, but also the hallways and the elevator. But, it was a wedding and so we just kind of went with the flow. "We have stayed here many times over the last 20 years give or take. Two years ago the property was on need of a serious update! I am glad to say the property has been refreshed!! Looks great! Everything was in working order, no maintenance issues at all! Great location for all things Annapolis related!"

"This hotel is very run down. Water damage on the windowsills, a toilet that didn't work properly, extremely low water pressure in the shower, and snagged/torn bedding. The room has no storage in either the bed area or the bathroom. The parking is expensive ($35 per day) and no guarantee that your spot will be there for you if you leave and come back. The spots that are open are extremely tight. It's close to everything and the staff was nice, but I would never stay there again."
