"We stayed two nights in early June ‘26. The rooms left much to be desired. They were worn out and dated. The bathroom definitely needs updating- dirty with peeling paint and the toilet would not flush on our last morning. Not much fun. There is no AC, so windows are open in every room making for a lot of noise from the parking lot and jets heading into MAN Airport (right in the flight path). "Room was clean. The evening meal I had on my first day was very good"

"Servicable, but not great. Shower was falling apart, no one available on reception for check out. Corridors smelt of cigarette smoke and the fire alarm went off at 5:20 in the morning. The vending machine advertised was empty, there are stains on the ceilings and burn marks on the floors. Very much in need of a makeover."

"All staff were welcoming and very friendly. Comfy bed. The room smell was too much with laundry or cleaning products that are heavy with synthetic fragrances and gave me a headache in the first hour. Less is more, not everyone can tolerate it. "

"Hotel is very central, 5-10 mins walk from Piccadilly Station. I have stayed here a couple times for the convenience and price. Its a 'no fuss' hotel - really large with loads of rooms but old. That being said its in absolutely OK condition, facilities all worked, bathroom was clean and modern, bed was clean and comfortable for a 1 night stay. It definitely attracts a younger crowd but was quiet all night (on a Friday). Only minor issue is there's always a line for check-in, despite checking in...
