"For the price and location for my specific need the hotel was good. The bed comfy, room clean and a nice touch with the in room welcome pack of amenities and biscuits. The only concern was a young child (the receptionists child) randomly walking in my hotel room (room 2) to use my toilet and walk out again). I laugh it off now, but was concerning at the time."

"All staff were welcoming and very friendly. Comfy bed. The room smell was too much with laundry or cleaning products that are heavy with synthetic fragrances and gave me a headache in the first hour. Less is more, not everyone can tolerate it. "

"Second time staying here. Everything was great. Decor is lovely giving great atmosphere. Breakfast is extensive even with the less expensive continental option. Staff are well trained and helpful. Easy walk through the park to Didsbury village and the tram station. Room isn’t air conditioned but fan provided was sufficient."

"Staff were brilliant and very helpful Food was great coffee excellent. Not so keen on swimming pool been were everyone can look in and the room was very dated and warm, the fan hardly worked and we had a disabled room as there wasn’t anything separate the toilet and shower so water went all over the toilet. It’s was one night so we just got on with it.. but food and staff were excellent."

"My daughter and I loved our stay here and would definitely come to stay here again! The staff were very welcoming and friendly when we arrived. They even had our room ready early as we arrived at midday. Even though we were happy to wait in the bar area. The hotel is next to a lovely park and lake. So we went for a walk around the lake while we waited. Our room was lovely and clean too. We were out late after going to a concert. We were able to order ourselves food from their their 24/7 menu....

"Nice cozy place right by the airport"

"Many of the rooms have been renovated, but the hotel appears to be going for a very minimalist approach. Our room had a bed, a slim desk with an office chair, and two small side tables, along with five hangers on a long metal bar and three small hooks for clothing. There was definitely not enough hangers or space for one person’s clothes, let alone for two people staying in the room. The room did include an espresso machine and a water kettle, which we appreciated. The room had a large TV, but...

"Positives - fantastic breakfast, very helpful staff Lovely suite… Negatives - £250 security deposit that I didn’t know about so I didn’t plan for. But it’s fine. Was refunded at check out. The hot water in my shower wasn’t hot at all. Lukewarm at the best. Worst thing about the whole hotel experience"
