"Greatest"

"Nice little place, the reception lady and gentleman were really nice and above and beyond for anything and everything we asked for, also the cleaning lady was an absolute diamond. My only gripe was the chicken pathia was not spicy and way to much fresh tomatoes. Other than that it was a great 2 days stayed."

"All staff were welcoming and very friendly. Comfy bed. The room smell was too much with laundry or cleaning products that are heavy with synthetic fragrances and gave me a headache in the first hour. Less is more, not everyone can tolerate it. "

"Excellent hotel, lovely room and comfy beds. Just a little slow on serving your drinks but as time goes on hopefully will improve. Can’t believe tax goes on the bill. But would highly recommend. Transfer from hotel to airport is excellent the driver was very knowledgeable and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you."

"Staff were brilliant - the bar and restaurant were very busy but they coped magnificently. The Mushroom and truffle oil pizza is the best pizza I've ever had. It's now our airport hotel of choice."

"Boutique hotel in centre of local park. Some quirky features add character. Friendly staff and nice bar.. Very limited parking and no regard for disabled bays or apparent enforcement. Alternative parking is not free and a short walk away from hotel. My third stay and heating and cooling rooms remains a real issue. Freezing in winter, roasting in summer. Other gripe is that the bathroom door is frosted, except for a broad clear strip all around the edge meaning your room mate can see everything...

"We booked the family room with a cot to stay ahead of our early morning flight. I sent a message to the hotel several days prior to arrival checking there would be a cot but didn’t receive a reply. I called the day before requesting a cot and was told there would be one ready in the room. We arrived at 6pm and asked if the cot had been provided, we were told this would be brought to the room ‘right away’ we waited half an hour and no cot, I called the reception desk from the room and was told it...

"Beautiful hotel from the time we walked in, to the time we reached our room. Wonderful stay! Comfortable bed and very clean room! I thought staying close to the train station would be very loud but it wasnt bad at all. Would have like to spend more time here."

"I love staying here before a flight and also on my return from a long haul. Love that you now get an email to say your room is ready even before time. Big comfy clean bed and spacious too. Only complaint is not enough of those delicious biscuits on the hospitality tray haha"
