"The location of the property could not have been better. Even though it is a extremely busy area, the sound proofing in the windows makes for a quiet stay. My one and only complaint is that for this price they should have had separate shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. They had one bottle of soap in the shower to wash everything and no conditioner!"

"Ana was fantastic!! Housekeeping was excellent!! It was a pleasure to stay there and would return! The only thing is if you bring a heavy bag, I recommend using their storage at the ground level because you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. There is no lift. Ana does tote the bags. She is very sweet!!!"

"Wonderful place. We only stayed 2 nights but were treated like royalty. The hotel is located in Old Town which is not accessible by car. They set up a driver for us to pick us up from the hotel and then hotel staff met us and walked us to the hotel and carried our luggage. The room was pretty big (for Europe). "How wonderful it was to spend a week within the walls of the ancient Diocletian's Palace! I was just a few steps away from authentic Dalmatian restaurants, small local shops, a jogging trail to Marjan Hill or the coast and the beach area. The reception provided a map of the city and shared local tips and advice, giving information on where to go and what to see. I even got an umbrella to borrow from the reception. The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good and varied."
