"The front desk was helpful. The location very convenient in getting to places in Chicago. The facility and breakfast provided were also very nice. Unfortunately the house keeping was below average. They missed the scheduled in room cleaning, and even though we have asked the front desk several days in a row, they couldn't make the time. We even have to ask 2 times for toilet paper"

"The website is outright false. A lake view room that is on the 9th floor surrounded by buildings shouldn’t be called a lake view. We booked, and arrived and called the desk and they offered us a room with two queen beds. We were settled, and they were completely unbothered by what they’d done."
