"Hi..it is a genuine spa-hotel...not a hotel with a spa. Healthy food (but also wine etc..) and it was delicious. Staff and amenities were solid and the rooms were 'fine' nothing over the top...but they do have Elemis lotions and creams in massive containers to use so even if you're not in the spa you feel like you are !!!"

"It’s ok for a cheap night away. Superior double was a good size. When we got there the rad was not working so it was cold. Surely this should be checked before the next person checks in. The barman came up to fix it after a couple of hours. Decided to share a portion of chips in our room. Such a disgrace, £6 in one of those small chip baskets you serve with meal, with literally 10 chips for £6,they were wedges anyway. I complained to young girl who went and got a few more. Decided not to have...

"The description of the Nuffield Health facility as a spa is somewhat misleading - it’s a sports club with a pool used for (noisy) swimming lessons, there is nothing relaxing about it as there are just 3 “beds” to sit on around the pool, and members make an issue of anyone having left a towel on there for just a few minutes (rudely removing it and taking the bed for their own use)."
