"What a welcome to the punch house. We arrived and they knew we was staying. Offered a drink before check in and a love service from the staff there. The food smelt amazing as soon as you walk through the door. Shown to our rooms and it was perfect. Not too big and not too small. Bathroom with shower was clean and hot. Perfect size beds which was very comfortable. Will be heading back soon to try out the food. "

"Our room at the Deri-Down was lovely and comfortable with a large walk-in wardrobe and a modern well equipped en-suite shower room. There was a multi-channel TV, a small fridge with milk, tea/cofffee provided. The landlady was very helpful and allowed my son and his wife to change in our room for the wedding we were all going to. "Room.was very clean with a few little extra touches. Staff were very helpful. Not luxurious but perfectly acceptable for a couple of nights. Breakfast was good for an extra payment. Convenient location for town. Would definitely use again. "
