"Run down hotel. Cracked walls. Unrefreshend smell to the room. Not worth 1/4 of the $$$ I paid. Getting out of the bathtub was a fall hazard. Shower pressure was low...on the ground floor I wonder what its like on the top floor. Very unpolite and discriminatory frontend staff. Had paid for a quadruple room but was given a lower occupancy room. The only positive thing was the comfy bed and having a roof over one's head."

"Free coffee and drinks were very nice, AC worked well and you could actually control the temperature. No complaints, would stay again. Location is a bit outside the main part of the city but located very close to tram so it wasn't a big deal."

"Everything was wonderful with the exception of no air-conditioning or fans. Of course it was an unusual heat wave, but it would’ve made it a lot more comfortable. A small fridge would’ve been nice as well so we could keep our drinks cool. But the pub was great. breakfast was very nice and we had a wonderful time."

"Quality hotel close to the town centre, easy walk into the centre for evening meal. Parking available in a public car park across the road at a reduced fee (£5.00/night). Our room was clean, quiet & comfortable. Good to have air-con during the heatwave. Reception staff were helpful & efficient. Breakfast was ample, although some items of food not refreshed, and crockery/cutlery not replaced quickly."

"Great value hotel. We stayed here for the Kings of Leon concert at the Coop Live Arena. We walked there and back. The breakfast was lovely"

I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons. "Lovely boutique hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. The courtesy breakfasts were very good. The little lobby bar was a real treat. Highly recommended hotel."
