"The hotel is really nice, the lobby always smelt so nice! The room itself was very spacious and had partial sea view. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach but beware the hotel is situated on quite a steep hill, going down is fine but I can't say the same for going back up. "The check in process was very easy. The guy at the front desk Sergio was very friendly with a great sense of humor. The apartment was nice and clean. The ocean beach was very close nearby, just a few minutes walking. I would recommend this property for a family stay."

"The kitchen was pretty well equipped although it would have been nice to have a coffee maker. The rooms were kept very clean by the chambermaids and we have nothing but great things to say about the wonderful fellows that manned the front desk. The area of Olhos de Aqua is a very quaint part of Albufeira which we absolutely loved. We felt very safe here and loved all the little restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again. Our thanks to all the staff!"

"Good stay, hotel is super clean and on the whole helpful staff. Breakfast room is so nice with the sea view. In this visit a problem with our shower cubicle which was only resolved by us moving rooms the following day & hopefully it will get fixed before anyone else gets allocated that room as it a hazard. Giving extra towels to mop up isn’t the answer. Given vouchers for a drink to compensate for the inconvenience but then was told by the bar tender only one could be used per transaction....

"The Breakfast was Excellent plenty of choice we didnt use the car Parking as we had taxis instead. The Staff are Wonderful always willing to help. The Cleaners do a thorough job of cleaning our room. The Pool & Jacuzzi look immaculate as always. We will be returning soon"
