"Altis Porto Hotel was the most incredible stay! The staff were amazing, so helpful, kind, courteous, friendly. Daniela helped me so much with suggestions around the city, and booked a dinner reservation for me at a traditional Portuguese restaurant. The amenities were unreal with a Turkish bath, like a steam room, the sauna, indoor pool, hot tub, and rooftop pool and bar. I loved staying here. It was also a great stay for a single traveler. I felt so safe. Thank you so much!!"

"We did not stay at Lenscape coterie as it was undergoing renovations and therefore not open. We were relocated to another hotel in the group Torel Saboaria where we had a wonderful room. The breakfast was superb we had lunch and dinner which were equally as good as breakfast. We cannot thank all the staff enough as everyone was so kind, helpful and attentive even to the point of providing gluten free pancakes at breakfast."

"Upon arrival at 2300 restaurant was closed so no room service!! The location of the hotel is closed to the airport but nothing around the area! ( no restaurants ) I inquired in regards to a late check out was told 3pm but confirmed in the morning. When I called in the morning I was told I need to leave by 1pm when my flight was at 1805.i was gifted a spa access (this is for just an overnight stay ) in the morning upon arriving at spa the lady informed me that I needed to make a reservation at...

"Great location but no private car or Uber access so luggage have to be carried to and from the hotel. Lack of privacy since no door between bathroom and living room/bedroom. Just weird …"

"The staff is amaizing. Everybody was professional and always there to help. The food mainly the italian pizza could be better. And for breakfast it would be great to have real croissants . Otherwise we would definitly choose this amaizing hotel to stay in during our future Porto trips. Great job Antonio! Bravo"
