"Ms Soda was EXTREMELY HELPFUL in finding the hospital for me as I twisted my back and needed to visit the orthopedic doctor on a Saturday morning. She arranged a taxi to pick me up from the hotel too. She also arranged to send 2 of my luggage to Sapporo JR TOWER Nikko."

"The breakfast buffet was amazing and the variety allows you to do a full our Japanese food in one place! The hotel is beautiful on the inside and the rooms are definitely in the upper echelon of size that can be found in Hakodate! One more plus...wait for it....THEY HAVE A FITNESS CENTER! This is probably the only hotel in Hakodate that actually took the time to accommodate the fitness minded tourists! I travel to Hakodate probably 2 times a year and this will be my hotel that I stay at for all of my future stays. This hotel is amazing!"
