"Had the most amazing time here at Sansal Chania Crête, the staff are amazing and so friendly, this is our first visit to Crete Sansal and we definitely will return, the roof top pool and bar was an added bonus, at times we had the whole pool area to ourselves which was fabulous, the bar staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean upon arrival and cleaned and made up daily. The breakfast was great and the balcony breakfast area was just lovely. Staff always ready with helpful recommendations. We took advantage of the laundry service which was great. Location of hotel was very central and walkable to the tourist areas. Highly recommend!"

Only issue with staff is we had a house keeper walk into our room without approval at 9:30 in the morning. It was a little sketchy! Pool looked nice but never used!
