"This hotel was exceptional. From the moment of our arrival until checkout we could not have asked for a better stay during our time in Valencia. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. We were fortunate to have Lars greet us coming and going, always with a friendly smile and eagerness to help in any way. The room was spacious, very comfortable, modern and surprisingly quiet given that we were in the heart of Valencia. I highly recommend this hotel if given the opportunity to visit...

"The staff is amazing--very helpful and responsive. The hotel location is great--near the train station, the cathedral, main squares and shopping--but on a very quiet side street. The only criticism I have is of the AC in the room--it was extremely hot when we were there in early September and the AC was not adequate to the task. The addition of a ceiling fan (or an AC system with a more powerful fan) would help."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Great aircon. Quiet. The bed was very comfy. It had a very useful fridge. Could have done with coffee/tea making facilities, conditioner and a better hairdryer. Very friendly staff and in a pretty good location. I might try and stay a little more central next time but this was the nicest option for the price. Solo traveller. "
