"Personnel est très agréable et aidant. Le lobby est neuf et très bien. Les chambres sont très propres mais le mobilier a besoin d’un peu de rajeunissement. Mais pour une nuit avant un vol, l’hôtel est parfait."

"Sehr schöne Lage für einen Urlaub am Meer und raus aus der Stadt. Ein schöner Pool zum Schwimmen, ansonsten ist das Meer auch direkt vor deiner Nase. Es gab Frühstück als Buffet, Mittag und Abendessen ging a la Cart ansonsten kann man natürlich auch essen gehen, aber wir haben gerne da gegessen Preis- Leistung war super und tolles Ambiente. Wenn man doch in die Stadt möchte Brauch man 20-30 Minuten vom Hotel für ca. 30€ nach Valencia"

"Did not get to use the pool or amenities because we were very jet Lagged from our Dallas flight and only there for 2 nights but loved the hotel, ambience, the room itself was great and clean, well laid out. We got a corner room with breathtaking views of the city and hills in the horizon. Breakfast was exactly what we wanted all the staff were very courteous and helpful would love to stay here again if we come back. The pool looked promising and inviting hopefully next time"

"Wonderful staff, comfortable beds, great gym and Aircon. And blissfully quiet with no street noise. Overall highly recommend, but have one tiny niggle. The rooms need refitting with USB and USB-C plugs. The electrical connections are very outdated, and it’s frustrating messing around with adapters."

Though big kudos to the front desk agents, the check-in process/tools made it surprisingly slow, with a lot of very unhappy guests in the lobby waiting to get to their room keys. This can be much faster by allowing online check-in ahead of the arrival (as many other hotels do), as well as allow code (or cell phone) room door keys (as a few hotels now do). I didn't help that a few of the guests were asking for Valencia/tourist information that is...

"Very helpful staff, amazing breakfast with allergens clearly marked, cold a/c. Parking fee of €11 per day is very reasonable because parking anywhere around Valencia is impossible."
