"The breakfast was decently good on the app Expedia is said check in time was 3 but when arriving to the hotel they said it was 4. We got there about 2:40 and had to wait, when 4 o’clock hit the room wasn’t ready and we weren’t able to check in until 4:20-30"

I will be honest I was really nervous because normally we stay in chain hotels, but this was a perfect boutique hotel in the city! "

"Great hotel - Only minus is the homeless around the neighborhood. It's all of downtown Seattle tho. Not safe to go for early AM run or walking around after dark."

"This place is awesome. I asked for a dozen red roses to be in our room for our anniversary and they not only did the roses but added a bottle of champagne and cheesecake. The staff is wonderful and really cares about it's patrons. You gotta check out the Tin Lizzie lounge as well. It's badass. Do yourself a favor and go with "dealers choice" for a drink. You won't be disappointed. Bottom line, if your on the fence about going to this hotel, just do it. You won't be disappointed"

"Overall, I’d rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The property itself is beautiful, very clean, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the luxury standard the hotel advertises. During our stay, we called the front desk from the room phone three separate times with no answer, which was frustrating and disappointing. The biggest issue, however, was with the hotel’s Audi car service. The staff was...

"The room was great and clean. We stayed 2 days before the cruise and with public transportation and walking, were very safe and the sites were very accessible! Great place. They were flexible with check in time. Food at Oliver’s was good. "

"Robin was one of the staff who checked in us. Very welcoming and kind. We visited Seattle for our anniversary and she did her best to make our stay special. Hotel is in good location and walkable to every part of the town. Good cafes around. Expensive valet but I guess it is much more convenient and safer compared to other parking around. The hotel itself is a bit outdated and lobby needs some upgrades."
