"The hotel was very nice and really clean. The staff was very kind and even took off the additional cost of the early check in that we did not get to use due to our flight being delayed. The only issue was just how expensive the parking fees are. I know that should be expected for the area but it was just a lot. "

"My partner and I love staying here when an artist we listen to us playing at The Crocodile. Nice, spacious and clean rooms that are well designed. Check in is easy and while we didn’t see anyone staffing anything, it looked like things were taken care and we had access to everything we could need! We will be back!"

"My stay at 1 Hotel was exceptional. I was in Seattle for a work conference and it was such a treat to have a place to go each evening that was so calming and rejuvenating. This was a wonderful place to stay and I will absolutely return. "

"The rooms were cozy and clean, and the hotel felt very family- and kid-friendly. The kids especially loved the pool, which was a highlight for us. I also appreciated that the hotel had both a sauna and a steam room—such a nice bonus for relaxing. Valet parking was available, which was really convenient. It is a bit pricey, but honestly, I think it’s worth it for the ease and service."
