"I was attending a business conference at the Tampa Convention Center. This was a wonderful place to stay. I felt very safe and comfortable walking from Mint House to the Convention Center. The washer and dryer were such a plus because I packed very lite with only a personal item so I was able to wash everything and since I had very few clothes. Also it was great proximity to restaurants but also a grocery store, so the kitchen allowed me to save money because I was able to prepare my dinner...

"The motel is pretty average and the price is reasonable but the unbelievable location and beach access is worth it alone. You basically have the beach to yourself unlike up the road in Clearwater beach where you can't turn around without running into someone.
