"The rating on this property is very misleading. This place is a dive and i did not stay there, because i did not want to put my family in jeopardy of running into some meth head that lives at this property. The reason they dont offer a refund is because its way of them keeping the money without anyone staying there. One room I was shown had a bubbled floor and cuts all in the vinyl flooring and stunk to high heaven, like it had been flooded and not properly repaired. This place is a joke."

"I arrived a day late to my check in in the morning, I have traveled enough to know that check in is at 3 pm the male at the counter helped me out and got me checked in and in to a room with no issues he was very nice and helpful. I was able to rest and get in right away I would definitely stay here again."

"We were a late minute find a hotel for the night. It was convenient, decently priced, safe area and near other hotels/restaurants. It was clean, and they seem to be newer owners. Our duvets were not matched. They seem to be going through changes, I think new owners. Staff was friendly, overall good, just not the great. Give them time. We slept well, great beds."

"I was really disappointed with my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express Dickson. From the outside, the property looks great—clean, well-kept, and inviting—but unfortunately, that didn’t carry through once we stepped inside. The issues started right away with the condition of the room. The carpet was visibly fraying, which made the space feel worn and poorly maintained.
