"I liked how friendly the staff were and were very helpful. Rewards desk staff very kind and friendly and explained things well. The only thing i didnt like was when checking in i used my passport for id and then was asked if i had id with my address on it which i was never told i needed. They also assume people have stayed before and never explained what floor i was on just what tower i was in which was frustrating and i was just lucky a staff member got on the elevator with me and explained it...
