"Best staff ever, super friendly, I booked two rooms and without me even asking they booked me two rooms next door to each other. 24 hour fresh coffee available for free in the lobby with a mini store if you need to purchase anything in the middle of the night, everything was spotless and I mean spotless! The hotel is pet friendly so keep that in mind, we love pets so it didn’t bother us at all, free parking and great location with easy access to every road we needed. We enjoyed the hotel."

"There was no housekeeping services. They had covered parking. There was trash in the hallways. Breakfast was offered between 6 and 10 AM but if you came after 8:45 AM, the pancakes were hard, the eggs were stuck to the bottom of the pan, sausage was dried out, the yogurt was non existent and decaf coffee was not available."

"“Disappointing Stay After Several Positive Experiences” We have stayed at this hotel before and always had a great experience, which is why we keep coming back. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet our expectations at all. During our 4-night stay, housekeeping was consistently neglected. Every day we would return to an unmade room, despite notifying the front desk each morning before heading out. No action was ever taken, and — most frustratingly — the hotel never communicated with us about the issue or offered any explanation. This feels like a staffing problem, but the lack of transparency and follow-through from management made the situation much worse. We hope the hotel addresses this, as it has the potential to be a great property."

"really clean room and lobby area. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast, but will the next stay. Parking was ok - not clear that there was additional in back, but once I figured it out, good to go. could just offer bottled water in the room - that is a nice touch for coffee in the room"

"Upon entering the room there was a gel pill on the floor so the floors were not swept. Walking on the bathroom and kitchen floors our shoes stuck so they were not cleaned either. The inside of the fridge was clean but the outside was not stuff was splattered on the doors. There was no way to use the stove. There were NO accessories in the kitchen. There was no coffee maker which was to be there and there was no coffee or grab and go breakfast in the lobby which was supposed to be provided. There were no towel or wash clothes. We had to use the kitchen rag to shower and when we stopped for more towels and a rag we were given 2 towels and a hand towel. There was only the roll of toilet paper on the dispenser provided and we ran out on the last day. The hotel is to be non smoking but clearly that was not the case because all we could smell was cigarette smoke. Last but not least, the windows would not close completely or lock. "

"Wonderful two night stay. Had breakfast twice and room service dinner once. Solid. Used the gym, which was very well appointed and empty on a Saturday afternoon. Most outstanding feature of the Strathallan is the staff. Excellent. Will definitely return."
