"Staff and property were nice & fairly clean"

"Clean room. Horrible view of rooftop heating and air conditioning units. Casino was nice. Restaurants on the property were convenient."

"We checked in after attending a wedding in the area. We booked through Expedia back in March. We were assigned to our rooms and were quite surprised at the condition of the rooms (on 2nd floor) and the way they smelt. Thankfully Michelle at the front desk was extremely accommodating and moved us to a room that did not smell and was in better condition. "Booked a night in one of the rooms with a jet tub, when we went to use the tub, we discovered our room had no hot water. We filled the tub to see if it would still work with cold water, in an effort to try to make the best of it, and discovered the tub didn't work at all. The overhead exhaust fan did not work either, the fireplace did not work, no hot water for the shower either. there were loose hairs and finger nail clippings on the bathroom vanity as well.
