"Nice hotel, well kept and very convenient. Just a touch from the main part of the downtown area but it's all growing together. Lady working the front desk dropped 6 F bombs in a minute and a half in front of my kid, another kids, my wife and I at 930 in the morning about being in the pool before opening time at 10. In the room it says 9 and by the pool it says 9. She wasn't getting after us but said she didn't give an eff that her boss didn't want us in the pool before 10. 6 times. Very strange. Other that that it was a good place to stay for a good price."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean although a little dated. But for one night it served its purpose. The complimentary breakfast was good and fresh."

"The room exceeded expectations. It was clean, beautiful view of downtown. I also appreciated the modern amenities such as usb charger ports for my electronics, the refrigerator and coffee bar setup in the room. The history of the hotel with the perfect location downtown makes it a perfect choice. Most activities we wanted to do were within walking distance. Best of all was the staff. Everyone from the car valet, front door man and the front desk were all friendly, helpful and treated my wife and me as VIPs. That is why we will return to stay the next time we are back in town at this hotel."

"This hotel was perfect for our stay in Chattanooga. It is walking distance to downtown and the Walker theater. It was clean, staff were helpful and friendly, bar and restaurant on site, pool is small but nice, and valet was normal pricing for overnight parking. We will definitely stay here again."
