"The room was clean the attendants very nice, front desk attentive and nice. The room the sitting area could have been cleaner. Staff overall was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast - the servers at the restaurant (ladies) not very attentive or kind. Busy texting on their phones. That part could have been better. We revived the coffee at the end of our breakfast because she was busy chatting and texting."

"Solid Miami Beach choice on the doorstep of south beach. Nobu is solid. Water front restaurant is solid. Pools are beach front. Easy beach acccess. Dj at pool is a cool vibe. Busy lobby and good coffee shop"

"Great location right on the sand and next to a water taxi stop. Front desk staff was able to get me a different room to match my booking and gave me a replacement card because the pool return desk was not manned when we dropped off our towels. Room was clean, please check behind the beds. Saw candy wrappers from previous guests while tracing our charging cables. Infinity pool was lovely, but the chlorine level was too high. Eyes were burning! Private beach was clean with plenty of chairs. Mermaid show was fantastic at the Wreck Bar. Room needs a microwave oven. It already has a laptap compatible safe and refrigerator. No problem with eating at the buffet and getting hot cocoa at the snack bar. Waifu ordered room service too. Valet service was convenient and fairly priced, but can get busy resulting in long wait times. Saw the maintenance guys repainting walls. Keep up the good work."
