"I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place. The location is great and the breakfast was pretty good. They have four elevators, but during peak times it still gets busy. The room was small — which we already expected — but the view was absolutely spectacular, so it still felt like a great deal. The staff was very friendly, and we’d definitely stay here again."

"At less than $200/night minutes away from Greenwich Village with easy access to midtown Manhattan, this hotel is exceptional. Feels more like a boutique hotel than a hostel. The rehab of this late 19th century building keeps up with the needs of today's guest in every way but one: guests must carefully review the website and its photos. This building has no elevator and many long, steep flights of stairs. One must be very aware of this and plan accordingly. "

"I have been 2 times before this one and all hotels have been good, but this is the best so far. Will keep using this hotel in the future. The location is great. "Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
