"This was the single worst hotel experience of my life. Went to check in - we had a reservation- arrived at 4 check in was 3pm. Front desk said the room wasn’t ready yet and they needed 15 minutes. 4 hours later still no room . No manager on duty and the front desk clerk walked out and quit. The lobby was full of people who could not get into their reserved rooms. Absolute chaos . A member of the laundry staff was at the front desk with a pen and paper asking people to write their name and numbers down and someone would call them when it got resolved. No guaranty that it would as the staff were calling to no avail to get some help from somewhere. We ended up staying elsewhere. I will never go near another holiday inn. The staff who were there were kind. If I could give this hotel and this company a negative rating I would ."

"Easy and hassle free check in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Continental breakfast was great, many different options. I wish they had a pool, but thats it. Everything else was top notch."

"Cons: The hotel was run down. The room was awful. It looked like something had chewed the bottom of our door. There was a brown substance on the wall by the toilet, the toilet seat was broken. We had a hole in the wall where the plumbing was. The floors were not clean. When we were checking in someone had to ask for fresh sheets because theirs were dirty. , I did try to cancel and get a refund so I could go somewhere else and they refused. Even tired Expedia and they were no help. Pros: staff was friendly. Nice pool and hot tub, breakfast was ok. My husband said the bed was comfortable but I thought it was too soft. It had good water pressure."

"I will never stay here again. We arrived AFTER CHECK IN and was told our room wasn’t ready.. ok no biggy I guess. TWO HOURS LATER, was told they found us a room and said some boxers came in and wanted rooms and basically gave mine away! ALLLL NIGHT and when I mean ALL night I mean it, it sounded like a wrestling match all around us! I called and went down there and kept being told “I’ll talk to them”… I almost did my self! Finally got to sleep after 1am! Woke up at 7 to get breakfast at 730 before these boxers woke up… mid breakfast.. it was ok, the waffle maker either wasn’t hot enough or the batter was to thin bc it ended up raw 4 times! I tried 4 damn times! And was just told “ ya it hasn’t been working”. Ummmm what?! Sad part when we checked out no one cared about how awful our stay was, even though I’m a staybridge club member. Will never stay there again !"

"I checked in that evening, stored my luggage and went out for dinner and was back in my room late. My bedsheets were unchanged from the previous stay. They were stained with feces and other bodily fluids. It was late. I stripped the bed and slept on top of the bedspread. The next morning I complained to the front desk. There was no other room available so I agreed to leave and let them do a deep cleaning. There was no offer to compensate me for my discomfort and I would have to talk to the manager about it on Monday. Monday came and I had to get the manager myself. There was no pass down to notify him. Again, no offer to address the situation without prompting. This time another manager has to make the decision. Tuesday morning, new manager, no contact, no pass down, and no offer for addressing the situation. I ask for resolution and notification of same for when I return that evening so I know the situation before check out the next morning. No message waiting and when I check out the first manager is there, has to call the second, and only offers a 15% discount on the first night because I used Hotels.com"
