"Rather mixed experience for our stay. Restaurants had delicious food and great live music every night, but service was hit or miss. Several problems with our stay - we had a $600 resort credit, which the property only honored $25 of at checkout, there were never enough chairs and umbrellas at the beach, several umbrellas and covers at the pool were groped so they wouldn’t stay up, and the pools and jacuzzis were completely unheated so too cold to enjoy. These problems might have been tolerable and a more reasonable price point, but give the lack of value for the room rate, we won’t be staying at this property again."
