"The only issue we experienced was a creaky, broken mattress upon arrival, but the staff quickly resolved the problem by replacing it with a new, firm mattress. The resort itself is very well maintained, with plenty of staff throughout the property who are always available to help with any needs. The pools were clean, and the food at both the restaurants and buffet was very good. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely book this resort again on our next trip!"

"My family stayed at the penthouse and we are glad we chose here. The entire idea was a relaxed, no pressure vacation. We had planned no specific items, except lounging in the sea. Amazingly helpful staff who helped us book couple of activities when we felt the need to so something more. Took care of our room and kept things amazingly clean. Walk just across got us to the sea..much better for families with nice soft sandy beach. Also the local bus was easily reachable to get us to when we needed to travel. Passions on the beachand horizoms had excellent food. Esp loved the option of booking passions for dinner next to the sea + breakfast. Overall, we got exactly what we looked for. A real vacation Thank you."
