This was a very beautiful property. Very relaxed with excellent food at the restaurants. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again. The all-inclusive option was well worth it.

The property was very nice. Most staff members were friendly We had all inclusive package but had to sign a check after every drink and meal ( even if it was one club soda). Wish they could change this aspect.

The room appeared nice clean.However it's completely showing its age. The refrigerator broke the first night. They fixed it the next morning in broke again. They unplugged it for the overnight when to replace it. The day before we left didn't have the parts to replace it. So the entire time we were there, we had no refrigerator to use. The hot tub with the unit was broke. Parts were ordered. So we had no use of the hot tub. When this stuff was taken to customer service, we were told it was an amenity and not a guarantee, and they would refund nothing or give no compensation.At all. We upgraded to the mega inclusive to be able to use the other restaurants and resorts. However, they were completely booked up with no openings, so $400 additional dollars we ate at one buffet and walked into one other restaurant. Housekeeping was good. She came in every day. The place was clean. The linens were replaced and the Golf shuttle. It's very convenient. I will say the restaurants. We're very good food was upscale and work the reservation. We also had outlets in both bathrooms that did not work for 2 out of the five days we were there. Also, there was no Wi-Fi, and when we called the desk to ask, they said it had been worked on. But that the workers went home for the day.It would not return till the next day to work on it again. I understand island time, but there's also customer service and what you pay for to consider. I booked through Expedia and ask them to help me with my issues. No

The property is dated and amenities are not as good as their sister properties. The 1BR suite we stayed in had some cracked floor tiles, the cabinets were worn out, and they were very skimpy on the towels for some reason - one big towel, one washcloth per person staying. The shampoo, body wash, etc. was not good at all. This was unexpected given the price. I was expecting at least cruise ship quality toiletries. There are also timeshare guests staying on property. With not everyone being all inclusive, you need to sign a receipt every time you get a drink. This was a hassle compared to other all-inclusive resorts. It was an OK experience. The other Divi properties (Aruba and Tamarijn) seemed much nicer at a similar to slightly higher price point.

Great place and perfect for families. Not overly packed like other resorts and plenty on site to do. Divi beach is adjacent to the property and is beautiful. My one gripe is the service. Some restaurants on the property would use one waiter for the entire place and we would be waiting for very long time for any acknowledgement. This is the case at many all inclusive places, though

This is a great place to stay. The all-inclusive package works well. The only additional expense is the tips. The beach was excellent, and the room was great. The only problem we had was that the wifi did not work on about half the days we were there.

First of all, there is no elevator in the building. So, if you have multiple bags then you’re heavily relied on bellboy. It also creates very inconvenient and painful if you have senior, elderly or disabled person(s). Also, I paid for golf view room and I ended up having a room with parking lot view. There no golf view from any of my room windows or balcony. Second, most staff, especially in restaurants, are not properly trained on how to greet guests. It felt like serving and bartender staff don’t want to be there. They are just there because they don’t have choice. I have been to many all inclusive vacations and by far this is my least favorite amongst all. There is no night entertainment either. So, after dinner there is practically nothing to do except wondering around the property. There was one property where there they performed night events was little far and I wasn’t informed by front desk personnel at the time of check-in. This is very poor service. Guests should be informed or notified in advance about all amenities including lodging and other entertainment activities. I was told by other guests that they do some night music shows after dinner at another property where I have to take shuttle. In short, I am not satisfied so I can recommend to others.

This was our second stay here. The front desk said they were upgrading our room to a one bedroom however we ended up on the third floor which has many stairs there’s no elevator. The food overall was very good. We were disappointed again with their all inclusive package method of giving you a bill to sign with recommend tips. You should not get a bill when you paid for all inclusive. We noticed there were different charges too for drinks depending on which bar you go to. The infinity pool bar drinks were terrible. Overrall staff were friendly. We had an unfortunate incident of the glass on our balcony sliding door being smashed. We called security we never got an answer in regard to what happened. I looked online and saw incidents about people’s rooms being broken into thru the balcony that I never knew about. I will try to post a photo of the glass if possible. Overrall had a nice stay however not sure if we will stay here again. Especially since they no longer have the buffet at Seabreeze, it’s only open for breakfast.

The staff here were great! The front desk and concierge were very helpful during the entire trip. They all had a welcoming personality. The property is beautiful and the all inclusive was definitely worth it. From the four main restaurants (if you in sea breeze) to the pool bars, the experience was great. Infinity pool was nice due to the swim up bar and sea breeze pool was nice because it was more of a relaxed feel. The resort is directly across the street from the beach, it’s only an 8-10 min walk to the Casino, and a 10-15 min drive to downtown or palm beach (restaurant/night life). Shuttles are also constantly running on the property to basically take you to anywhere on the divi resorts and to the casino. The room, which backed to the infinity pool, had plenty of space for my wife and I. We enjoyed our stay here at the divi and would book to stay again.

The resort definitely caters to tourists: think pancakes & burgers. I wish they would show more of their culture. Other than that the staff is amazing, resort is clean, everything you need is accessible. Love the Aloe store.

Expedia was no help to me when my flight was cancelled. I bought travel insurance but they were no help. My honest suggestion would be to just go directly to the resort and inquire with them. I really enjoyed my stay, it was mine and my companions birthday. The room was very clean. The staff were amazing and the inclusive package was exactly what you could imagine. The amenities were all I needed and I only left the resort after the bars closed. I have no complaints other than Expedia customer service and the lack of attention to my insurance claim. Unfortunately I lost a day of my vacation due to annoying airport security and conditions out of my control. Don't make my mistake and put faith in an app and insurance company that doesn't insure. But by all means enjoy the Divi experience.

Nice outdoor pools but need to get your towels there early otherwise you wont get a seat. Clean resort, friendly staff, good food.
