"This hotel has a huge laundry with 6 washing machines and 8 dryers (from memory). The staff are very nice too. The room was clean, especially having laminate boards. However, a few issues upset our stay...the bed squeaked and moved every time one of us rolled which I'm sure the guests below could hear. The AC kept turning on and off and was really loud. The hotel overall isn't quiet so best bring earplugs. Also the blinds need a blackout option as they let too much light in."

"Hillcrest is up the hill a few minutes walk to downtown, in a very quiet area. The bedroom could use some updating - old curtains, drapes, bedspread, etc. - looks rundown. Bed was comfortable but room was very dusty. The house was just sold to a new owner, so the house is in transition. I do want to comment that the Innkeeper/B&B hosts that live on the property, Kyle and Christy Ann, (not the owners) are extremely nice and helpful."

"I had a wonderful time here. The staff was accommodating and made sure I had a room closer to my family. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was also really clean and was a delight to use during my stay. There is free breakfast every morning, nothing special but if feels you up and it’s free so nothing to complain about. I highly recommend staying here."

"This is an extended stay place and very affordable. Bare bones and not luxury, but we really just needed a bed for the night. It was not super clean or well maintained, and they have some colorful guests, but for $100 a night that’s what I expect. I did not see any bugs (I don’t do bugs). Water pressure was lousy, but we had clean towels and soap. Beds have cheap microfiber or some other kind of fabric instead of cotton and there was a mystery spill on the floor next to the bed. "We had a great stay at the hotel. I really liked that when you paid for an adult breakfast 2 kids got to eat free.. staff was very helpful.. we got down to breakfast at 9 am on a Monday not realizing it ended at 9 and they still let us get food made a whole new thing of eggs for my children and we ate it while they very patiently waited for us to finish. Not once did I feel rushed or like they were annoyed. Front desk was also very nice."
