"Hotel has been completely updated and location is great, along with the views. Staff was very friendly and the common space is lovely. Especially loved the outdoor fire place. Only negative was low ceilings, my husband is tall and uneven floors led to stumbling into the bed frame in the middle of the night that left a nasty bruise. "

"Great location and quiet for families. The staff were friendly, and the pool was exceptionally clean. The double queen rooms were sold out and we had to use the pull-out for my 10-year-old daughter. The mattress was so bad in the pull-out that it was unusable. The springs in the mattress were painful and the bars in the sofa itself came right through, which makes this dangerous. The staff did give us an extra blanket to cover but we had to remove our king-size quilt from our bed and fold it 3x...

"We stayed here on our trip to Crater Lake. The hotel was great. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Not many dining options in the area, but otherwise the location was good. "

"It is an older hotel. But was very clean (except the balcony). The office staff was fantastic, extra kudos to the night shift. Sorry didn't get her name. Bed was very comfortable and it was very relaxing sitting on the balcony after a long drive. I gave it overall 5 stars, can't beat the price. "
