"It was incredibly warm in the rooms due to no AC but I couldn’t blame the motel for that, I just assumed and didn’t check the list of things the motel offered. Other than that the property was beautiful, quiet, and the front desk staff was really nice and made sure to give us all her favorite places to see and a list of restaurants! We didn’t have to search for a thing. She asked what we liked and had a list ready off the top of her head!"

"You have everything you need here for a lovely stay at the beach! The property sits right on the beach, where you can enjoy exquisite sunsets and cool, misty mornings. Rockaway Beach is located about twenty minutes from Tilamook (and the fun Tilamook ice cream and cheese factory), and 45 minutes to an hour from Canon Beach and Astoria, with dozens of wonderful hiking trails in between. "We had to leave after one night of our pre-paid 2 night stay due to hazardous smoke issues from wildfires (we are elderly). The AQI for the day we left was 140+. We requested a refund on 8/5/26 for the unused night from Expedia but have not heard anything back yet. The staff were kind and polite and the room was clean. We just could not stay as the smoke was just too much for us."

"Had a great stay! The last time in Florence I stayed at the Travelodge which is a real dump! The Super 8 is very nice, clean, convenient and friendly. Will definitely stay again!"

"This is an older property, but these owners are trying hard. The lobby offered a quaint shopping experience and had a water bottle refill station. In addition, the room had up-to-date amenities and a redone bathroom. Out the back door is the 804 Trail, which provided an excellent walking path along the top of the Beach cliffs."

"The staff was very friendly and informative with warning us about parking and texting making sure we knew how to get a hold of them after hours. Liked the keyless entry but most of all, the view and open floor plan of the living room! Was amazing! The not so great things, especially for the price we paid, was one of the pictures shows a nice free breakfast with waffle maker and bread. Which led me to believe it was a nicer breakfast. All they provide is stale snacks, and other grab and go items...
