I chose a room with mountain views but didn't realize that was also the side the interstate highway was on, so the traffic noise was constant all night. That was my only complaint and there's not much that can be done about that. My room was clean and comfortable, bed and pillows also comfortable. I will stay here again if needed."

"The room was filthy...cobwebs...carpet pulled away from the base boards. Dirty THIN throw for a bedspread. People are staying long term and I did not feel safe. No elevator...to get to the second floor you have to climb a big staircase. The air-conditioner/heater was missing the top cover. Just junky!! Never again!"

"We went there for our Anniversary. It was perfect. The staff was amazing. My only complaint was the bedspread. It smelled like stinky feet. I discussed it with the front desk. I told her I didn't want to make waves. She said she would take care of it. The breakfast was delicious. We both had fruit and yogurt. I also had the cinnamon roll and coffee. My husband had biscuits and gravy and coffee. We stayed in the Enchanted Forest room. I surprised my husband. He didn't know I had booked...
