"The room was filthy...cobwebs...carpet pulled away from the base boards. Dirty THIN throw for a bedspread. People are staying long term and I did not feel safe. No elevator...to get to the second floor you have to climb a big staircase. The air-conditioner/heater was missing the top cover. Just junky!! Never again!"

"I would have like a more friendly reception on registration. At 68 knowing there was an elevator would have been helpful. Also the bathroom door lock is easy to lock without knowing so got locked out at some point. The door handle j6st oushes in abd locks. Realizing this at 4:am waited until 7.00 to call front desk and there was no one to help to unlock it until 9.00 am. Other then that the room was compterble and quite."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was exactly on time. I chose a room with mountain views but didn't realize that was also the side the interstate highway was on, so the traffic noise was constant all night. That was my only complaint and there's not much that can be done about that. My room was clean and comfortable, bed and pillows also comfortable. I will stay here again if needed."

Air conditioner worked fine, Wi-Fi good, the cable TV guide was very useful, the staff were very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was always hot and ready to go on time. Rooms are good size and layout was nice. Really enjoyed the stay, highly recommend it for anyone looking for a good deal."

"This is a super location tight in the center of town. The breakfast was great and there is always coffee and hot water out along with apples! I do water aerobics at home and was able to go early every morning and keep up my routine. Staff was super friendly and very helpful! I highly recommend booking your stay there."

"We went there for our Anniversary. It was perfect. The staff was amazing. My only complaint was the bedspread. It smelled like stinky feet. I discussed it with the front desk. I told her I didn't want to make waves. She said she would take care of it. The breakfast was delicious. We both had fruit and yogurt. I also had the cinnamon roll and coffee. My husband had biscuits and gravy and coffee. We stayed in the Enchanted Forest room. I surprised my husband. He didn't know I had booked...
