"Although the hotel is “in” the airport, if you arrive at Terminal B (which most United passengers do) it’s a real hassle to get to the hotel. You have to take a shuttle or two. There were long delays which we would have found completely unacceptable had we been under time pressure. Luckily we were not. Add 30 minutes to an hour to anything they estimate for shuttle service to/from the hotel!"

"I did not receive the accommodations that I had booked on arrival. I booked a 1 bedroom suite. We were told that there were none available. We had to take a studio which was 1/2 the size of the 1 bedroom suite. The garbage disposal did not work. The toilet paper holder was loose and came off the wall when I went to grab toilet paper. "Check in was a nightmare. No keys left. After a 12 hour travel with children this was made worse. After nearly 2 hours got into apt, no bedding for 2nd bed. Promised would arrive after contacting at 6pm. At 4am no bedding and eventually said wouldn't be arriving. Trying to sleep with no bedding wasn't good. Would not compensate for this. Then washing machine wouldn't work so on last night when tried to do a couple of loads before moving on was not possible and not able to remedy due to time....

"This property is perfect! My only complaint is that when I booked it stated that we would have free breakfast and upon arrival they stated that we did not have breakfast included in our stay. Pretty disappointed but it did not take away from the beauty and cleanliness at this hotel"
