"Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. "Unfortunately the air conditioning was out of order for the duration of our trip. The local temperature on arrival was 32 degrees, so sleep was a challenge as it was so uncomfortably hot in the room. Be cautious when walking out of the main entrance, electric scooters speed down the pavement, I was unaware to look both ways and was knocked down by an electric scooter injuring my ankle."

The shower was a little awkward with being half enclosed, half wet room and did spill water out onto the floor. "Great location and excellent breakfast. Great view across the square which although busy in the day was dead quiet at night. The front door staff were very friendly and always had a smile. I had reservations about the room carpet though, especially with a hangover. Any return to Krakow would see me staying there again."
