The shower was a little awkward with being half enclosed, half wet room and did spill water out onto the floor. "they offer apartments with service in a super nice area of the city, and you can get anywhere from there. The lady at the reception was super helpful and kind, she explained everything, helped with parking (they offer parking lots in 3 mins walk from the entrance). Our apartment had a kitchen equipped with everything needed, so we could even cook there. Great place to stay in"

"Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. The 3rd floor room every evening sounded like people were dragging...

"This is a beautiful old world hotel, right on the busy shopping square. If you need quiet nights to sleep this may be too close to the centre of things, although the night life sounds stop right on midnight. It was like staying on the set of a period drama with the old style building and furniture. We will definitely be staying here again"
